Surgical complications

I had a Subarrachnoid Shunt inserted into a small space between my brain and spinal cord. I also had my soft palate repaired by having fat taken from my stomach and then injected into the defect. It has been a rough recovery from this surgery. I seem to have suffered some nerve damage in my hands- the right one especially. I'm currently in therapy to help strengthen and return functioning to my hands. I have also developed severe Orthostatic Hypotension . Every time I have a position change from laying down to standing up, my blood pressure drops so low I black out. I am currently taking medication for this.
